Every water-damage job is different, so a fixed price isn't fair on you or me. Drop a quick request below and Hannah will attend, assess the damage and give you a clear quote before any work starts.
Example jobs: upstairs bath overflow soaking the bedroom carpet, a slow radiator leak under laminate, a burst kitchen pipe flooding the hall, washing machine waste pipe failure on tiled / carpeted floors, or a roof leak after storm damage. Do you hold keys for landlords and agents?+
Yes. Keys can be dropped to our office and stored in a secure lockbox. Each set is tagged with a discreet code — never an address — and only released to me, Hannah, for the agreed job.
Are you insured for working in tenanted properties?+
Yes. Full public liability insurance plus key and property cover. Certificates can be emailed to your office for your supplier file.
How quickly can you respond to a leak or flood?+
Urgent response — most floods, leaks and burst-pipe call-outs across Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and Durham are attended same day or first thing the next morning.
Can you handle several properties in one run?+
Absolutely. Multiple keys can be issued together and properties cleaned back-to-back, with keys returned in a timely planned order once all jobs are complete.
Do you offer routine deep cleans for tenants in situ?+
Yes — many landlords book a rolling 6-monthly or annual carpet refresh for tenants. Helps protect deposits and shows tenants the property is well looked after.
How are urgent flood jobs priced?+
Flood, leak and burst-pipe jobs are priced TBC after a quick on-site assessment, as the work needed varies hugely. You'll always get a clear quote before I start.
