How we do it

  1. 1. Dry vacuum

    The dry stage removes skin cells, dust and mite debris — this alone makes a big difference for allergy sufferers.

  2. 2. Treat marks

    Protein-based marks get an enzyme pre-treatment rather than a bleach-style product.

  3. 3. Low-moisture extract

    Minimal water so the core doesn't get wet, then a full recovery pass.

  4. 4. Deodorise & dry

    Deodoriser applied, mattress left to air. Best done in the morning so it's ready for bedtime.

Common questions

Can mattresses really be professionally cleaned?
Yes. The dry-soil stage plus low-moisture extraction removes a genuine amount of body soil and allergen build-up. What it can't do is reverse permanent yellowing in an old mattress.
Will urine smell come out?
Fresh accidents usually clear completely with enzyme treatment. Long-standing urine that has soaked into the foam core can wick back, and we'll say so honestly rather than promise.
How long before I can sleep on it?
Same day in most cases. Morning appointments give the longest drying window.
