About Hannah — the face behind Carpets Come Clean

Hello, I'm Hannah — owner, cleaner and the face behind Carpets Come Clean. I started the business with one simple mission: to give North East families spotless carpets and sofas without the hassle, hard sell or waiting around you get with the big national chains.

I cover all aspects of carpet and upholstery cleaning — from muddy hallways and tea-stained living rooms to delicate sofas, mattresses and rugs — right across the North East, from Redcar and Teesside through Durham, Sunderland, Gateshead and Newcastle, and up into Northumberland.

I'm a mum myself, so I genuinely understand the day-to-day stuff carpets have to put up with — spilled drinks, snack crumbs trodden into the pile, muddy shoes, wet coats and football kit dragged through the hall. Nothing you show me is going to shock me, and I'll never make you feel bad about the state of a room. That's exactly what I'm there for.

I'm also a massive dog lover, so every product I use is completely pet & child safe — non-toxic and low fragrance. Your furry friends are always welcome to supervise (and will probably want a cuddle).
