How we do it

  1. 1. Survey

    We check fibre type, backing and any pre-existing wear or bleached patches, and tell you honestly what will and won't come out.

  2. 2. Dry soil removal

    Most of what's in a carpet is dry soil. It comes out first, otherwise it just turns to mud.

  3. 3. Pre-treat & agitate

    Pre-spray dwells on the soiled areas, then it's agitated into the pile so the dirt releases.

  4. 4. Hot-water extraction

    Heated solution goes in under pressure and comes straight back out with the soil in the same pass.

  5. 5. Groom & dry

    The pile is groomed and air movement encouraged so drying is quick and even.

Common questions

How long does professional carpet cleaning take?
Around 20–40 minutes per room. A typical three-room job takes about 90 minutes including setup.
Do I need to move my furniture?
No. We move what's safe to move — sofas, dining chairs, small tables. Beds, wardrobes and anything with electronics on it are best left, and we clean around them.
Will the marks all come out?
Most soiling does. Bleach spots, sun fade, dye loss and burns are permanent damage rather than dirt, and we'll tell you before we start if that's what we're looking at.
Is it safe for pets and children?
Everything we use is pet & child safe — no harsh solvents, no heavy perfume, and nothing left behind in the pile once the extraction pass is done.
